<p>The invention concerns a communication device for: sensing the shape of a user's mouth, generating an audible sound corresponding to said shape and communicating said sound; sensing a level of ambient noise or sound attenuation and controlling, accordingly the power of its sound transmission; sending hold call signals to a correspondent; sorting communications transmitted to a messaging unit and those transmitted to a portable telephone according to the caller phone number, of an urgent call information, even when the device cannot reply; comprising a base and a satellite for transmitting a monitoring signal and using the line; switching from a written mode to a sound mode; listening to radio programmes, without using the telephone line; and/or associating a date or time interval to the communicated data.</p> |
