PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture at a low cost, without greatly lowering the chilling efficiency if the air blowing direction is limited to two directions. SOLUTION: The electronic component chiller is composed of a heat sink 3 having a plurality of radiation fins 11a-11k at the front surface of a thin and long base and a fan 5 having a plurality of blades 13 and a case 21 having a sucking opening for receiving a motor 17 for rotating the impeller 15. The case 21 of the fan 5 is fixed to the heat sink 3, using a coupling releasable coupling structure. The heat sink 3 and case 21 of the fan 5 are constituted so that two discharge holes 25, 27 are formed when both are combined and a continuously extending air flow space 28 are formed between the ends of the radiation fins at the case and opposite wall 21A of the case 21. Parts of the blades 13... of the impeller are allowed to protrude into the air flow space. |
