PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information distributing device for KARAOKE or the like with a speedy and exact automated information distributing means. SOLUTION: A terminal 1 transmits terminal identification data and information identification data for distribution information identification to a distribution control part 4 and requests the distribution of information. The distribution control part 4 extracts the information to be distributed from a music data storage part 5 and distributes it through a communication line 2 to a terminal corresponding to the terminal identification data. The distribution control part 4 records the information identification data in a log holding part 6, and a MODEM 3 records the size of the distributed music data and the terminal identification data in the log holding part 6. A comparator part 7 compares the distributed data size from a log in the log holding part 6 and the original size of information from the music data storage part 5 corresponding to the information distribution data of the distributed data, discriminates whether the distribution is completed or not from the compared result and reports it to a compensation part 8. The compensation part 8 guarantees charging processing to a specified user and a charging part 9 performs the charging processing to the specified user.
