PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform large-capacity data communication at a high speed by establishing a plurality of data links by a simple method, without changing the system configuration. SOLUTION: In the figure, DTE 1 is data terminal equipment and PS 15 and 16 are mobile PHS (R) stations. A controller 10 controls the mobile stations PS 15 and 16, by transmitting a call originating request signal 2 from the data terminal equipment DTE 1 to the stations PS, 15 and 16. A terminal 20 on the opposite side is linked with the stations PS, 15 and 16 for data. A data transmitting-receiving section 11 outputs a bulk connection instructing signal 3 to a bulk control section 12 upon receiving the call originating request signal 2. The control section 12 outputs link control signals 4 and 5 to PIAFS control sections 13 and 14 for bulk connection. The control sections 13 and 14 establish or cancel the data links of the stations PS, 15 and 16, by outputting link establishing signals 6 and 7.
