PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent carry-over by using polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) for the inner side of a dispensing nozzle. SOLUTION: A nozzle formed of PTFE is constituted of four components of a PTFE tube 36, a nozzle tip 37 formed of conductive material at the tip of the tube 36, an outer cylinder 38 formed of conductive material for mechanically supporting the tube 36 and for transmitting an electric signal of liquid level direction, and a joint 39 for finally connecting to a channel. The conductive nozzle tip 37 at the nozzle tip is in close contact with and connected to the tube 36 and is fixed by the engagement between a male screw thread cut in the nozzle tip 37 and a female screw thread cut in the outer cylinder 38. The PTFE tube 36 is replaced by unfastening these screws.
