PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a negative pressure type servo with an aim of reduction in size. SOLUTION: This negative pressure type servo unit 10 comprises a housing 14, moving walls 17, 20, a power piston 22, an input member 28, a breather valve seat 28a, a negative pressure valve seat 22a, a control valve 36 with an atmospheric seal portion 36a and a negative pressure seal portion 36b, an output rod 53, a reaction disc 52, a slider valve 42, and an actuator 45. A spring 43 is installed between the slider valve 42 and the power piston 22 outside of actuator 45. |
