<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a device in a small size, reduce noise, and improve reliability. SOLUTION: This device is composed of a liquid-operated source 100, a pressure changing mechanism 101 which is driven by a primary operating liquid delivered from the liquid-operated source 100 and for delivering secondary operating liquid having pressure different from that of the primary operating liquid, and a liquid pressure circuit 103 for driving a cylinder 102 by introducing the secondary operating liquid delivered from the pressure changing mechanism 101 to a cylinder chamber 121, and pressure is continuously changed by the pressure changing mechanism 101 utilizing rotation.</p> |
