摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably achieve efficient and uniform heating by achieving the energization heating or induction heating while uncoiling a metal coil, coiling it again into a coil, and immediately achieving the batch annealing to sufficiently control the temperature. SOLUTION: A coil is set to delivery device 3 having a brake 7, and a delivered strip 2 is coiled by a coiling device 4 having a motor 8. The strip is heated to a specified temperature by a heating apparatus connected to a power surface 6 in the middle thereof. The heating apparatus of induction heating type or energization heating type is used. The heated coil 9 is drawn out of the coiling device 4, and set in the longitudinal placing from the transverse placing. An inner cover 11 is placed over the coil 10 placed in the longitudinal direction, and transferred, and covered with a batch furnace 13. In this condition, the coil is heated by a burner, and kept for a required time for annealing. Because the heating temperature of the strip 2 can be freely changed, the temperature distribution can be intentionally formed in the coil when coiling after heating.</p>
