PURPOSE: An eccentric wheel braking system minimizes the radius of turning of a vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A driver connects an output of one side of a capacitor to an AND-gate and that of the other side to a brake light contact and a sensor contact to be inputted into a 6th OR-gate. Then, the output is connected to the AND-gate via an inverter. Further, an output of one side of fixed contacts is inputted into an actuator via 5th OR-gate by connecting the AND-gate with the fixed contacts, and an output of the other side to be inputted into flow path intercepting devices via another OR-gates connected to the fixed contacts. An output from the 5th OR-gate joints a moving electromagnet with a fixed electromagnet, thereby compressing an electromagnet axis. The axis pushes a push rod connecting shaft to a concave inserting hole, thereby making an oil pressure by compressing a servomechanism. The oil pressure passes the flow path intercepting device. An output from the another OR-gates joints a fixed electromagnet and a moving electromagnet such that the front end of a force supporting rod connected to an electromagnet axis is closely contacted to a valve seat, thereby intercepting the flow path. Therefore, an eccentric wheel braking is occurred because the oil pressure is transmitted only to open flow paths.
