The invention relates to an injection moulding machine for processing plastic materials and other plasticisable masses. Said machine comprises a mould closing unit which houses a cyclically opening and closing mould (12) for forming deep-drawn parts (16) by means of a deep-drawing device positioned in said mould. A mould cavity is located in the mould (12) next to the deep-drawing device (20). The deep-drawn part (16) situated in the mould (12) during the injection of plasticisable material is positioned during the same cycle at least partly in the mould cavity (14) such as to seal it hermetically. In this way a deep-drawn part can be produced by both deep-drawing and injection moulding in a single working cycle and therefore by means of a single closing movement. |
