PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform until the final adjustment only by a single measurement device, to automate an inspection item depending on the skill of a human, and to shorten adjustment time. SOLUTION: The waveform patterns of respective points are read by utilizing a digital oscilloscope 2, the application of AI and a fuzzy theory is applied from the read pattern data, and a data processor 3 decides an optimum adjustment amount to the respective adjustment elements of a digital signal demodulator 1. The characteristics of the digital signal demodulator 1 are adjusted via an electronic tuning element 1a by the adjustment amount, and an optimum automatic adjustment for the digital signal demodulator 1 is realized. |
