摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformly hold the working load by constituting a load control mechanism in such a state as not controlling the output, when an engine rotation speed detecting means judges an engine rotation speed to be in a range with no possibility, of stall in judging 80 overload state. SOLUTION: When a movable swash plate of a hydraulic pump is moved to a set position by a lever operation of a continuously variable transmission 3 and a lever angle sensor S3 confirms the setting of the advancing area of the movable swash plate position, a controller C reads a detection load factor via a load factor monitor M1 and compares it with the set load factor set by a load factor setting device 23. When the former is larger than the latter, the set rotation speed is read by an axle sensor S4 and the detected engine rotation speed by an engine rotation speed monitor M2. The controller C stores the set engine rotation speed reduction as a standard as the possibility of the stall, if the detection engine rotation speed is lower than the overload standard rotation speed, the movable swash plate is moved by a swash plate control motor 8 because of the possibility of the stall, and it is higher, there is no possibility of the stall so that it is left as it is.
