PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilating structure of the under-eaves ceilings capable of sufficiently ventilating an under-eaves space even in a quasi-fireproof area. SOLUTION: A ventilating structure is provided with the under-eaves ceilings 81, 89 (an under-eaves ceiling material and a corner part under-eaves ceiling material) up to the tip part of a projecting body 1 from a building frame 2 on the under surface side of the projecting body 1 (a balcony) arranged by projecting outward from the building frame 2 (an outer wall panel) of a house, and ventilates an under-eaves space 10 between these under-eaves ceilings 81, 89 and the projecting body 1. Then, a ventilating member 91 (a vent cap) capable of taking outside air in the under-eaves space 10 by communicating the under-eaves space 10 with the outside and having a fireproof function, is arranged in a part of the under-eaves ceilings 81, 89 adjacently to the building frame 2. |
