PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an economic and superior track characteristic even if redundant switch constitution is not adopted by collecting a plurality of destinations into a group and grouping output directions in accordance with a stage where unit switches are arranged. SOLUTION: The switch systems S#0 and S#1 of two systems containing first unit switches S1, second unit switches S2 inputting outputs which are divided into two for the two first unit switches S1, third unit switches inputting outputs which are divided into two for the two second unit switches S2 and fourth unit switches inputting outputs which are divided into two for the two third unit switches S3 are installed. The input lines of 16×16 channels are divided into two. They are connected to two inputs of each first unit switch S1 of the switch system in the two systems by 16 channels. Sixteen channels of the outputs of the sixteen fourth unit switches S4 are connected to output lines.
