PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent decrease of image parts due to trouble in replenishing of a developing solution and occurrence of scattered spots and the like by incorporating a compound having a specified in structure. SOLUTION: This photosensitive composition contains a compound having at least one substituent with a structure represented formula I or II in its molecule and having at least one substituted group represented by formula III; R<9> -X-O-, and in formulae I-III, each of R<1> -R<8> is an H atom or a methyl, n-propyl, isopropyl, methoxy, ethoxy, n-propoxy, or isopropoxy group; R<9> is an optionally substituted alkyl, optionally substituted alkenyl, optionally substituted cycloalkyl, optionally substituted aryl group; and X is a divalent organic group or a simple bond. |
