A personal cooling device named Air Deflector for the passenger of a moving vehicle, comprises a tube, having a forwardly facing open inlet and a rear outlet, facing the passenger. The device is provided with a slot by which the device is being mounted with the upper edge portion of the open window. The horizontal position of the device being adjustable by sliding along the upper edge, the vertical position by rising or lowering the window itself. The Air Deflector directs incoming cooling air flow toward chosen part of the passenger body.
