<p>The invention concerns a novel woven fabric improved with unaltered wool fibres, considerably improving the mechanical properties of the initial woven fabric, such as cotton or viscose rayon like Tencel (TM). Said woven fabric is based on cotton/wool, or cotton/wool/polyester, or polyester/wool/linen, or polyester/wool/viscose, or polyester/wool/viscose /linen or viscose /wool. Preferably the viscose is a 'Tencel' (TM). Said woven fabric can incorporate other fibres in alternative embodiment, such as Lycra (TM). There results a novel combination of properties, particularly for denim-type fabric, in particular with better non-ironing properties and greater resistance to abrasion as well as a softer feel and greater comfort.</p> |
