A digital device capable of displaying a virtual medium on a real image and a display method therefor are provided to change the display of the virtual medium in response to the change of a camera viewing angle when displaying the virtual medium mapped on a real space and display the virtual medium on the real image. A digital device(101) generates position information which is an absolute coordinate of a camera and posture information which is information about a direction in which the camera is faced(S701). The digital device(101) generates virtual image data, including at least one predetermined virtual object which exists within a viewing range on the absolute coordinate of the camera, on the basis of the position information and the posture information(S709). The digital device(101) displays an image corresponding to the last image data in which the virtual image data is synthesized to real image data(S711,S713).
