PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the increase of the temperature of a control unit base board arranged in the oil pan of an automatic transmission. SOLUTION: A recessed part 12 is formed in an upper surface of an upper body 5a contained in an oil pan, and by laminating a plate 10 in a manner to cover the recessed part 12, a volume chamber to contain oil is formed, and further, a control unit base board 11 is laminated on the plate 10. Oil (ATF), the heat of which is dissipated by an oil cooler, is fed to the recessed part 12 through a feed port 13 provided with a restrictor 15. Oil heat-exchanged with the base plate 11 is fed to a control valve through a discharge port 14. |
