PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit visual recognition of differences in color and shape, and stimulate interest by forming a ball of a transparent resin and filling a characteristically colored and figured core into the ball. SOLUTION: A bowling ball is formed of a transparent resin 2, and a core 1 is filled thereinto. The core 1 is made from a colored resin and molded into a visually characteristic figure, an animal or a popular character for example. The core 1 is adjusted to a specific gravity or cubic capacity corresponding to the weight of a ball. Thus a difference in weight among balls for children or infants ca be visually identified easily. A variation in the appearance between when it is stationary and when it is rotating, helps increase interest. |
