<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dental sticky material manufacturing method whereby a homogeneous sticky material having no bubbles mixed therein can be obtained easily in a large amount without the need for skill, a sticky material preserving method which does not impair the physical properties of the sticky material over a long period, a method for manufacturing a resin denture base or like using the sticky material, and a device for manufacturing the dental sticky material. SOLUTION: A stirring vessel 2, a holding means rotatably holding the stirring vessel 2, and a stirring blade 12 inserted into the stirring vessel 2 are placed within a vacuum case 11, and the holding means is connected to a rotary drive means. When a liquid monomer and a powder polymer are stirred and mixed by an evacuation defoaming device having a means for supplying the powder polymer to the stirring vessel 2, the mixture of the liquid monomer and the powder polymer is deformed by evacuation while held in the state of liquid. A sticky material obtained is preserved at low temperatures and is taken out by a predetermined amount as necessary and shaped.</p> |
