A holster for a garden saw (2) having a casing part (5) which, from its end (19) which is proximate to the saw handle in the receiving position and at least over the main part of its extension towards its end which is proximate to the saw blade tip, is open laterally in one direction. The casing part is provided with a protrusion (10), which points essentially in said direction and has sections with a larger cross-sectional dimension in a resting state than a hole (12) in the saw blade with which they are designed to co-operate. The protrusion sections are flexibly designed so that they, when an attempt is made to press the hole (12) of a saw blade over them, are pressed together to a dimension allowing them to pass through the hole in the saw blade. |
