A system and a method for supporting indirect investment stock trade are provided to minimize necessary time needed for processing trade and process transactions sales of a beneficiary certificate efficiently. A system and a method for supporting indirect investment stock trade comprise the following units. A seller sells indirect investment goods. A contract unit(940) deals with sales contracts between fixers. An information storing unit(935) stores information corresponding to the sales contracts and fixer's account in a predetermined storage unit(970). A confirmation unit(930) linked with the storage unit confirms information about a beneficiary certificate, transaction money, the seller, and the fixer. |
