SOLUTION: A magnetic material spacer 19 is arranged on a moving table 21 without directly arranging the spacer on a glass plate. By moving the moving table 21 the magnetic material spacer 19 on the moving table 21 is attracted and arranged on the lower face of the glass plate 5 attracted on a plate employing device 17 in good posture by a magnet 18 provided on the plate employing device 17.
