PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently operate a plant by effectively using product information to accurately grasp the recovery rate of a valuable material in a waste treating plant for decomposing, crushing and classifying industrial product waste for recycle using such as domestic electric products, OA equipments and instruments, automobiles and the like to recover the valuable material. SOLUTION: A product raw material information holding means 3 for holding product raw material information of a product and a type name searching means 5 provided to enable the retrieval of the product raw material information by the type name and the product raw material information by the representative type name of plural products having the same content of the product raw material information are provided and a feature searching means 6 for searching the product raw material information based on the feature information of the product from the product information holding means 3 is provided.
