LASER WELDING APPARATUS OF SUSPENSION FOR DISC DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conduct a welding operation of a high efficiency by quickly deciding a positioning of a laser emitting hole and a welding object part. SOLUTION: This laser welding apparatus is equipped with a welding jig 20 which is movable towards a base plate supply part, a load beam supply part and a welding stage 10 as well. A positioning mechanism for positioning the base plate 2 is installed to the welding jig 20. To the welding stage 10, a laser head 91 having a laser emitting hole 90 is installed. The laser head 91 is made to move to a given position by a laser positioning device 92 which is movable in directions of the shafts X, Y, Z crossing each other. After the welding jig 20 having the base plate 2 and the load beam 3 are loaded is transported to the welding stage 10, a positioning of the laser emitting hole 90 against the base plate 2 and the load beam 3 is decided by the laser positioning device 92.
