PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deterioration of SN ratio of sound quality and image signal due to electromagnetic wave produced from electrostatic charge generated by high speed rotation of CD for music and DVD for image. SOLUTION: A tacky seal to which a conductor is printed or attached in a definite ratio so as to coincide with the shape of CD soft is prepared and the tacky seal is attached to one side of CD soft for music and visual DVD soft. Thereby, electrostatic charge generated on the soft is erased and further, its occurrence is suppressed to improve each SN ratio of sound and image signal. |
