PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular anti-theft device that is able to check the removal of a vehicle by prohibiting the release of vehicular anti-theft control under the specified conditions even in the case where a regular hand tool is used. SOLUTION: Even in the case where an electronic control, unit 14 at the vehicle side performs the release of anti-theft control over this anti-theft device such as an engine control unit 12a and a steering lock device 12b or the like by the specified code corresponding to a request code to be transmitted by a first regular hand tool 16, if a security request code is transmitted from a second hand tool 18, the specified code corresponding to the request code to be transmitted by the first hand tool 16 is nullified, prohibiting any anti-theft function releasing motion of the anti-theft device, and thus it is switched to release control by another specified code (security code) requiring the request code. |
