NUC LENS ALIGNMENT METHOD

An NUC(Non Uniformity Correction) lens alignment method is provided to obtain the uniform image by positioning the NUC lens at the center of light path. The controller positions the NUC lens on the optical path. The controller measures the initial image mean value of image(202). The controller changes the step to the set up in advance unit(204). The step is the shift of the NUC step motor. The step is the rotation angle of the NUC lens. The controller measures the image mean value corresponding to the changed step(206). The controller uses the NUC lens in the determined step range(210).
