<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out a performance test of operation and control of an electrically-operated valve and a control means without actually moving the electrically-operated valve by detecting a state of the electrically-operated valve in correspondence with an operation command signal from an operation means and simulating a function of an inside circuit of the electrically-operated valve to give a detected signal to a central control device through a motor control center. SOLUTION: An electrically-operated valve control circuit test device 100 has an electrically- operated valve inside circuit simulation device to simulate a function of an inside circuit 3b of an electrically-operated valve 3. The inside circuit 3b receives an operation command signal from a central operation panel 6, detects a state of opening, closing, etc., of the corresponded electrically-operated valve 3 and transmits the detected signal to the central operation panel 6 through an MCC 4 central control device 5. When cables 7, 8 of an MCC 4 are connected to connectors 105, 106 of an electrically-operated valve inside circuit simulation device 101, it comes to be in a state as if the MCC 4 is connected to the electrically-operated valve 3. Consequently, the electrically-operated valve inside circuit simulation device 101 can input the operation command signal from an operation switch 6a of the central operation panel 6 through the central control panel 5 and the MCC 4.</p> |
