<p>PURPOSE:To make it possible to cover a wire with a long tube with accuracy in tube length, by positioning a wire clamp capable of being opened and closed, a guide with a wire guide face and a tube feed hole, and a tube feed unit in a line. CONSTITUTION:A wire clamp 39 is closed to hold a wire (W) and a tube (T) is pulled into a tube feeding opening 31 of a guide 26. The guide 26 is closed and an edge of the tube (T) is moved so as to be fitted to a front edge wall of the tube feeding opening 31. When a carrying table is moved, the end of the wire (W) is slid by a wire guiding face 29 and inserted into the edge of the tube (T). The guide 26 is opened and after the tube (T) is pulled to a front position of wire clamp 39, the wire clamp 39 is opened. Then, a pulse motor 18 is driven and the tube (T) is passed through the wire clamp 39 to form a tube-covered wire with a desired length.</p> |
