<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developer for a color image forming material showing improved developing time, resolution and development residue which are the problems of a developer for a photosensitive material having dispersion of pigments, and to provide a producing method of a color image using this developer and a producing method of a color filter using this developer. SOLUTION: This developer contains a basic compd. and a compd. expressed by the formula. In the formula, Ph is a phenylene group which may have substituents, R is 1 to 19C alkyl group, and n is an integer 1 to 50. The producing method includes a process to form layers of photosensitive color image forming material which can be developed with an alkali on a substrate and a process to expose and develop to form a color image. In this method, the developer above described is used as the developer in the developing process. In the production of a color filter, plural color images are formed on one substrate by the producing method of color images above described.</p> |
