PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a card which has high reliability because of alteration prevention, does not have any limitation to data updation and has high use value by adding a magnetic storage region that stores magnetic data to a capacitive data card. SOLUTION: A card substrate 1 is made from synthetic resin, such as polyethylene terephthalate resin, poly vinyl chloride resin and thermosetting polyester resin. A magnetic recording layer 2 is applied with magnetic coating material composed of magnetic fine grain dispersing liquid, such as γ-FE2 O3 , FE3 O4 , CrO2 , Fe and Fe-Cr. A covering layer 3 is provided on an upper layer part of the layer 2 and prevents the interference of print to a design and a print layer 4 is usually formed by ink and what has excellent adhesive property to a lower layer is used. An anchor layer 5 makes the adhesion of a lower layer and a conductive layer 6 satisfactory, stabilizes film thickness and makes resistance value fixed.
