PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gridiron height adjustment device capable of smoothly taking in/out and turning an object to be cooked regardless of its thickness and of cooking the object in a short time without igniting burning oil accumulated in a grill tray. SOLUTION: Guide rollers 54a and 54b are projected on the side face of a gridiron supporting frame 52 for supporting a grill gridiron 56 and guide members 58 and 60 having a slope elevated from the entrance side of a grill container 22 to a back surface side where the guide rollers 54a and 54b can be rolled are provided on the inner side wall of the grill container 22. A height adjustment frame member 50 is erected on the grill tray 26, the frame member 50 is provided with vertically long grooves 50f in a vertical direction and the guide rollers 54a and 54b are loosely inserted there. Further, on the grill gridiron 56, a level difference is provided between a mounting surface 56b for mounting the object F to be cooked and a hooking part 56c to be hooked to the gridiron supporting frame 52. |
