PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oriented film that has excellent elastic recovery, strength and handling properties and shows markedly high air permeability. SOLUTION: This air-permeating film is formed by melt-extruding a resin composition containing the following component A and component B and oriented mono- or biaxially: the component A: an ethylene->=3Cα-olefin copolymer having the following (a)-(c) properties: (a) MFR is 0.010-20 g/10 minutes; (b) Density is <=0.935 g/cm<3> ; (c) The elution (Y: in wt.% based on the whole weight of the component A) in the temperature rise elution fractionation (TREF) at 50 deg.C satisfies the following conditions: (1) when the density (D) of the component A is <=0.91 g/cm<3> , Y<=-455D+4105 (where Y<=100) (2) when the density (D) of the component A is >=0.91 g/cm<3> , Y <= 10 The component B: a particulate inorganic filler with an average particle size of <=10μm and a bulk density of 0.1-0.7 g/cm<3> . |
