PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To independently arrange a seat on a vehicular floor, and improve reliability of fixation thereof by projecting connection claws of jaws vertically extended from seat legs to a lower side, in a substantially horizontal manner, preventing widthwise motion of the seat while engaging the claws with fixation portions, and separating them from the fixation portion when a connection lock is at a receiding position. SOLUTION: A seat 3 is fixed onto a pair of front legs 5 and a pair of rear legs 6, whereby connected to a lot 9. The seat 3 can be longitudinally slid on parallelly arranged guide rails 10 fixed to a vehicular floor 11. Each guide rail 10 has a T-shaped section, while its edge is composed of a pair of teeth 12 prepared by longitudinal grooves. The front and rear legs 5, 6 are engaged with fixation portions by vertical fitting, for preventing widthwise motion of the seat. The legs 5, 6 include jaw-like connection locks. The legs respectively have two jaw portions 16, 17 which are indirectly connected around a horizontal shafts of each corresponding leg, and extended downward to free ends provided with connection claws.
