The present invention provides a producing method of carbon nanotube of a nano-ring shape, comprising the following steps of: obtaining precipitates by making carbon nanotube of a nano-ring shape having the diameter of 20 to 30nm react with acid treated carbon nanotube and a solution of a metal oxide precursor; and obtaining carbon nanotube of a nano-ring shape having the diameter of 20 to 30nm by removing metal oxide after dissolving the precipitates in an acidic solution.
