PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an efficient breaking result in a hydraulic motor-driven biaxial shear crusher by attaining an ideal distribution state of edges of cutting blades at a low cost. SOLUTION: The hydraulic biaxial crusher has its two axes arranged in parallel so that they can be reversely rotated to each other. In plural cutting blades 1 arranged on each of the two axes, the positions of the edges to a fitting axis 2 are displaced one by one by a specified peripheral angleαto the reference line O-O to disperse the alignment of the edges of the cutting blades 1. By arranging such cutting blades 1 in order, the distribution state of the edges in the obtained alignment becomes extremely excellent as compared with the case of only the conventional fitting axis with a polygonal section.
