PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject inhibitor having high safety by including a capsular component of Klebsiella oxytoca or Klebsiella pneumoniae or an ingredient obtained by its processing with an acid, a base or a reducing agent. SOLUTION: This inhibitor is obtained by including a capsular component of Klebsiella oxytoca [especially preferably Klebsiella oxytoca TNM3 strain (FERM BP-46691) or its variant] or Klebsiella pneumoniae (especially preferably Klebsiella pneumoniae K19 strain or its variant) or an ingredient obtained by its processing with an acid, a base or a reductant. Otherwise it is obtained by including capsular polysaccharides of Klebsiella oxytoca or Klebsiella pneumoniae or fragments obtained by their processing with an acid, a base or a reducing agent. |
