CONTAINER CRUSHABLE WITH FOOT BY ANYBODY AND EASILY DISPOSABLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make used steel cans or PET bottles easily crushable and to improve efficiency in works for disposal or recycling of wastes by a method wherein a part intended for bending of the steel can or the PET bottle is formed beforehand in a pleated or a thin structure so that bending is made still easier. SOLUTION: With an assumption made for a crushed shape, for instance, of a PET bottle 2, an optimum position for bending is set, based on the shape of each container, and grooves 1, each in 1-3 mm for both of the depth and the width, are formed, or thickness of the parts corresponding to the grooves are thinned beforehand. Thereby, when the container is crushed with foot after contents of the container are used up, positions for bending are conducted to the positions of the grooves or thinned parts, and the container can be crushed simply and neatly by anybody. Since no residual contents are allowed while gathering of rainwater is prevented, works for disposal or recycling of wastes by municipality are facilitated.
