PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit the shortening of refrigerating and ice making period of time without collapsing a cooling balance, by a method wherein cold air is circulated and ventilated into a freezing chamber from a cooler, and a mixing fan is arranged in the freezing chamber while a room temperature around a refrigerator is measured so as to reduce the rotation of the mixing fan when the detected room temperature is high. SOLUTION: The number of rotations of a mixing fan 60 is controlled by an indoor temperature, detected based on an indoor temperature sensor 516. The operation rate of a compressor 508 is increased when the indoor temperature is high and the sending amount of cold air is increased whereby the temperature of the freezing chamber can be maintained even when the number of rotations of the mixing fan 60 is not increased. The number of rotations of the mixing fan 60 is changed by the indoor temperature, detected by the indoor temperature sensor 516 during normal operation. When the indoor temperature is lower than 20 deg.C, the fan 60 is operated so as to be synchronized with the operation of the compressor 508 to maintain a refrigerating capacity. When the indoor temperature is lower than 20 deg.C, the fan 60 is operated continuously for 30 minutes after stopping the compressor. The number of rotations of the mixing fan 60 is increased proportionally based on an indoor temperature detected by a freezing chamber temperature sensor 512. |
