<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display session information relating to Internet protocol(IP) multi- cast communication at a preferred time only with an existing world wide web WWW browser. SOLUTION: An information server 10 receives session information 3 relating to IP multi-cast communication that is sent from a router 2 through a network 1 at a prescribed interval, and converts the information into the form of a hyper text markup language(HTML) and stores it. Thus, a computer 4 on the network 1 can display the information by using an existing WWW browser. Furthermore, the server accesses the computer 4 by using a WWW server function to serve the session information 3 directly to the computer 4.</p> |
