PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make all voice broadcast possible even in the case an exchange or all lines of the exchange are in failure in the CATV telephone system. SOLUTION: Upon receipt of a broadcast transmission request sent from terminals 3 or 4, 5 or 6, 7 or 8 in its own path, a master path center device 23 and slave path center devices 24, 25 send broadcast call reception information including information about a plurality of broadcast designation terminal and a broadcast number to an other-path center device, extract and send voice data that are received by an internal voice bus in its own device, and sent from a broadcast transmission terminal to designated terminals in its own path. The other path center device receiving the voice data sends the voice data that are extracted from the external voice bus connected to the broadcast transmission path center device or the master path center device and that are given to the internal voice bus in its own device for the designated terminal in its own path. |
