PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a producing apparatus of reduced iron or iron carbide, in which reaction ratio of fine powder discharged from a fluidized bed furnace can efficiently be improved. SOLUTION: A cyclone 9 for separating powdery and granular material from gas containing the powdery and granular material is disposed above a fluidized bed furnace 1 divided into many chambers. Routes 10a, 10b, 10c from the top part of the fluidized bed furnace 1 to a specific divided chamber of the fluidized bed furnace 1 through the cyclone 9, are provided. The powdery and granular material having the fixed value or more of grain diameter by separating from the gas with the cylinder 9, is returned back to the fluidized bed furnace 1 through the above route. |
