<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve quality of separation and transportation of a paper sheet by making the force for attracting a paper sheet larger. SOLUTION: This attracting device is constituted so as to attract the paper sheet by an electrified member 201 by making the electrified member 201 electrified while holding an elastic/resistor layer 204b of a contact electrifying member 204 in contact with the electrified member 201. Then, the electrified member 201, is made to the two layer structure, consisting of the electric charge holding layer 201a held in contact with the elastic/resistor layer 204b on the contact electrifying member 204, and the conductive layer 201b disposed on the rear side of the electric charge holding layer 201a, and then, capacitance per unit area of the electrified member 201, is made to become beyond 0.5 (μ)F/m<2> .</p> |
