摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve production quality and productivity by operating an insulation gauge to measure the insulation level between a pair of electrode bodies, operating a fusing device when defective insulation is detected, then operating the insulation gauge again to measure the insulation level between a pair of electrode bodies, and judging the quality of a battery structure. SOLUTION: An insulation gauge 11 and a fusing device 12 are connected between a pair of electrode bodies of a battery structure B, and a contact inspection is conducted by a control device 13 as an insulation inspecting process for the battery structure B. When no inspection current flows, the battery structure B is judged to have a defective electric connection and is discharged as a defective article. If it succeeds in this inspection, the insulation level is measured by the insulation gauge 11, and it is conveyed to the next process as a good-quality article when the insulation property is confirmed. If the insulation property is insufficient, fine wire-like lugs are fused and removed by the fusing device 12, the insulation level is measured by the insulation gauge 11 again, and it is conveyed to the next process as a good-quality article when the insulation property is confirmed. If it has defective insulation, it is discharged as a defective article.
