<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excellent optical properties and lower the haze to obtain a high gloss by adding inactive particles to one outer layer and another outer layer and forming a specific number of protrusions per unit area on the outer surface of each layer and further, setting the height and diameter of the protrusions to the specific size. SOLUTION: In the case where a laminated film has three-layer structure comprising a base layer B and two outer layers A and C, inactive particles are contained in an outer layer A and an outer layer C, and the outer surface of each of the layers has N pieces of protrusions per mm<2> . In addition, the height h (μm) and the diameter of the protrusions are set to be d (μm), so that formula (1)-(4) is satisfied: Ah1 -Bh1×logh<N<Ah2 -Bh2×logh (1), 0.01<h<10 (2), Ad1 -Bd1×logd<N<Ad2 -Bd2×logh (3), 0.4<d<10 (4), wherein Ah1 =-1.000, Bh1 =3.70, Ah2 =2.447, Bh2 =2.22, Ad1 =1.700, Bd1 =3.86, Ad2 =4.700; Bd2 =2.70.
