<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excellent optical properties and lower the haze to obtain a high gloss by adding inactive particles to one outer layer and another outer layer and forming a specific number of protrusions per unit area on the outer surface of each layer and further, setting the height and diameter of the protrusions to the specific size. SOLUTION: In the case where a laminated film has three-layer structure comprising a base layer B and two outer layers A and C, inactive particles are contained in an outer layer A and an outer layer C, and the outer surface of each of the layers has N pieces of protrusions per mm<2> .
