PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition, scarcely sticking foulings and useful for outdoor coating excellent in antifoaming properties and coating operating efficiency by including a resin for a coating material, a specific silicate compound and a specified dimethylsilicone oil therein. SOLUTION: This composition is obtained by including (A) a resin for a coating material, (B) a compound represented by formula I [R is a 1-9C organic group containing N, O, F or Cl or H; (n) is 1-100] in an amount of preferably 1-50 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the component A, (C) a compound represented by formula II [R<1> is C8 F17 CH2 CH2 , a 1-9C organic group containing N, 0, F or Cl or H; (m) is 1-100] in an amount of preferably 0.1-2 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the component A and (D) a dimethylsilicone oil having fluoroalkyl groups in an amount of preferably 0.001-0.3 pt.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the component A. Furthermore, the component A is preferably a solvent-soluble fluoroolefin copolymer, an acrylic polyol resin or an acrylic silicone resin having hydroxyl groups and/or carboxyl groups, an inorganic material, or the like. |
