PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method which can form the conduction grooves of a stacked piezoelectric filter in an optimum way. SOLUTION: This method is applied to a stacked piezoelectric filter F consisting of the piezoelectric element plates 1a, 1b, etc. A sintered piezoelectric substrate 60 is polarized and many holes 63 of a prescribed pattern are bored through the substrate 60 by a sand blast. Then the plates 1a and 1b are cut to halve the holes 63 to form the conductive grooves covered with a conductive layer. |
