PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a KARAOKE device for automatic medley music generation which automatically composes characteristic parts to generate and play a medley music by itself by preparing a medley music information table including information of music data, timing data, and chorus data, etc., indicating positions of characteristic parts with marking and allowing a user to select a medley music at each time without generation of a medley music on the KARAOKE music presenter side. SOLUTION: When the user selects a medley music by a channel selection part 11, this request number is sent to a KARAOKE data base, and music data, timing data, etc., constituting the medley music are sent back. A control part 2 cuts out music data and connects timing data and chorus data to generate a medley music with plural characteristic parts incorporated. Then, performance is started. Since the medley music is generated and played, addition of new music is easily coped with, and the cost and the time on the KARAOKE music presenter side are reduced. |
